We wait all year for fresh fruits to be ready for harvest. This beer recreates the refreshing feeling of biting into a perfectly ripe apricot on a hot and humid summer day. We chose to use a traditional Norwegian or “Kveik” yeast strain and ferment this beer at extremely warm temperatures lending to a slightly more ester forward fermentation and balancing nicely with the natural acidity from the apricots.
