Sometimes great things in life are just a quarter off!! We’ve taken all the ingredients that make up a classic Kolsch and tossed ‘em into the Cyclone! We used traditional Kolsch yeast, replaced the classic German Pilsner Malt with an American 2-Row malt for slightly more body, and added a balanced dose of Jarrylo and Huell Melon hops for a refreshing light hop profile. It’s a crisp, easy drinking beer that is perfect for every beer lover.

Eye of the Storm (w/ Citra)

IPA – American 6.5%

When you enter the eye of a storm, you enter a calm and balanced place amidst a circle of darkness and destruction. Keeping with the name we wanted to craft an IPA which would bring balance to all beer lovers alike. Just enough malt to round out the bitterness and a perfect platform to showcase subtle nuances of hops pairings, with Ekuanot hops used throughout the brewing process and a 100% Citra dry hop.

Imperial Storm Cloud

IPA – New England 8.3%

Hot and hazy summer days bring dark clouds and strong storms just like our Imperial Storm Cloud. Once again, we used a large portion of flaked oats and wheat in the mash to provide a rich mouth feel. Subtle caramel malts were added to provide balance and sweetness to the massive dry hop additions. We selected a delicious blend of Idaho 7, Amarillo and Australian Ella hop to provide bold tropical and citrus forward flavors of Mango, Tangerine and Passion Fruit.

Storm Tactics

Stout – Irish Dry 4.7%

We decided to stay well within bounds of this iconic beer style by crafting this delicious session-able beer. We started with classic ingredients and then added roasted oats to create a slightly smoother body and mouthfeel while adding a beautiful warm toasted and nutty note.

Back For S’More

Stout – Milk / Sweet 8.0%

-Imperial Milk Stout Brewed with Cinnamon & Lactose, Conditioned on Cacao Nibs and Vanilla Beans-

This bold dessert stout is packed with all of the delicious flavors of your favorite fireside snack. Milk sugar and cinnamon were added to the boil alongside medium Belgian candy sugar which was then conditioned on pounds of cacao nibs and vanilla bean. The cinnamon and specialty malts in the mash give a cinnamon honey & biscuit flavor to represent the graham cracker, vanilla bean and milk sugar provide body and sweetness to represent the marshmallow, and loads of cacao nibs give deep layers of chocolate throughout the whole beer.

Snowtober

Porter – Imperial / Double 9.0%

Just like the October snowstorm that covered the area in deep snow, this big bold porter is layered with multiple dark and crystal malts with a moderate dose of lactose to round out the body. To finish off this bold porter, we added roasted coffee and pounds of vanilla beans to create a Snowtober Storm to be remembered!

Flood

Stout – Imperial / Double 10.0%

This beer’s name says it all! Just like the historic flood that gave birth to the dream of Jersey Cyclone Brewing, this beer floods your taste buds with delicious dark chocolate and roasted coffee flavors. We used layer upon layer of dark and crystal malts to give this brew a balanced complexity to perfectly offset its impressive 10% ABV.

Franklin Double

IPA – Imperial / Double 7.4%

We’ve brewed a beer just as big and bold as the local community here in Franklin! This Double IPA packs huge bitterness, a big malt backbone and plenty of hop aroma to go around. Using a massive amount of warrior hops in the beginning of the boil for bittering, then layering Simcoe, Azzaca and Amarillo hops throughout the late additions and dry hop make for a bold full bodied, yet approachable DIPA.

Norwegian Squall

IPA – American 5.5%

This beer is a further experiment of the boundaries we can push with our Norwegian Yeast strain. We’ve used this yeast for clean fruited beers and are now pushing it into hoppyier beers to see how it behaves. With a simple grist of base malt, flaked oats and caramalt fermented at over 90F and dry hopped twice with loads of some of our favors hop! El Dorado, Idaho 7 & Vic Sercret pack a huge nose of Pineapple, Peach, Mango and Vanilla and finished smooth and light at 5.5%.

Silent Reflection

Creme brulee and dark caramel nose with a sweet dark fruit flavor and a balanced dry finish create a moment of perfect bliss which allow you to reflect on the greatness of this beer

Single Intent

Belgian Blonde 5.5%

A balanced wheat and pilsner based beer with a slight addition of honey malt for body and sweetness. Finished with citra and huell melon hops in the whirlpool to give subtle strawberry and lemon flavors which play nicely with the phenols produced by our house Belgian strain.
